RHC Bubble Graph

Hello! We're calling this graph 'the bubble'. It displays every worker at Roadhouse Cinemas, while simultaneously identifying each of their social and work-related connections.

To get a better look, you can zoom, pinch, double-tap or drag around anywhere. The key below may be helpful to you in learning how to use the graph for union-related strategy!

Links

Everyone is linked to their department. Some people have direct links to other people. Person-specific links are identifiable via several colors:

• pink lines indicate a relationship
• orange lines indicate friendship
• magenta-blue lines indicate sway
• off-green lines indicate a familial relationship
• turqois lines inidicate a shared living situation
• red lines indicate avoidance

Tags

Bubbles are outlined - tagged - with certain identifiers. Primarly, they're tagged with their shift times and support status. These, too, are color-coded:

• orange outlines indicate morning shifts
• navy-blue outlines indicate mid shifts
• red outlines indicate evening shifts
• white outlines indicate support towards unionization

Toggling Tags

The two top bars allow you to toggle certain tags and links on or off. To disable a tag or a link, click or tap on its corresponding button.

Additionally, you can toggle multiple - for example, disabling all tags except for works morning shifts will *only* display workers with morning shifts, per department, who are not supportive.

Many of us work more than one type of shift. When toggling a shift time, if a worker has more than one, then the disabled time will be removed from their outline. The worker will stay, however, until their remaining tags are removed.
